Bronte Creek ghost walks August 9-23

Some say the the old Spruce Lane farmhouse built in 1899 at Bronte Park close to Appleby Line is haunted. Now you can find out for yourself at one of the Park's Sunday night ghost walk tours Aug. 9- 23.

Tours meet around a campfire next to the path leading from Parking Lot F to the farmhouse and will leave every 15 minutes 7:30 p.m – 9 p.m. The 45 minute ghost walk is suited for ages 7 and is not stroller or wheelchair friendly.

If you dare to go, you'll discover the truth about the supernatural side of Spruce Lane Farm with real life stories and evidence gathered by paranormal investigators. You'll also witness some of the unexplained happenings at the farmhouse as staff dressed in period costumes take you on a lamp light tour of Spruce Lane Farmhouse.

This guided evening tour is not intended to be scary but is intended to be educational to share occurrences, observations and unexplained happenings in the farmhouse, while exploring Victorian beliefs and customs regarding death and the afterlife.

The ghost walk is included in the daily $17 admission but seasonal and annual passes are also available. Bronte Creek Provincial Park's day-use area is located one kilometre north of the QEW on Burloak Drive, between Oakville and Burlington (Exit 109).
