August 18 Paletta Mansion Good Living Show


On Thursday August 18, the Good Living Show at Paletta Mansion will be the first of its kind to cater to the needs of Appleby Line baby boomers. Created by Silver and Gold magazine, the full day show will feature vendors, demonstrations, a fashion show, performances, exhibits, travel, hobbies, crafts, sports, health, food and education. The all day free show will take place on all three floors of the fully accessible mansion located at 4250 Lakeshore Road facing the lake between Appleby & Walkers.

Here's the day's menu of events. 10am – Opening toast with special guests: City of Burlington Mayor, Rick Goldring, and Town of Oakville Mayor, Rob Burton Music performance by Lamajano Quartet 11am – Tai Chi demonstration + fortune cookie giveaways and specialty tea sampling 12pm – Dr. Laura Belus, Naturopath: Living healthy, naturally! Plus juicing demonstration 1pm – Lady's fashion show by Kari's of Ancaster 3pm – Why is a condo a good choice for you?
