Robert Bateman May 24 New Street cycling options meeting
Concerned about cycling along New Street after it has been resurfaced over the next few years? You should attend the New Street Cycling Infrastructure Enhancements meeting in the cafeteria of Robert Bateman High School on Tuesday May 24, 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
During the meeting, you will see a number of options and cost estimates developed by Burlington City staff, who are carrying out an assessment and city-wide consultation of providing cycling facilities for New Street from Guelph Line to Burloak Drive.
Staff will be reporting back results and recommendations to a July 12, 2016 City of Burlington Development and Infrastructure Committee meeting. This is your chance to share ideas on how to reconfigure New Street for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians. For more information or to take a survey click www.burlington.ca/newst.
